   My 15yo nephew was killed in an accident. The driver was his 17yo cousin & was also killed. The driver only had a permit. The ins policy has a no one under 25 clause. Will the ins cover this tragedy?

   I am so sorry to hear about this. how Tragic. You really need to talk to an attorney about this. However one would think that if a person was killed during a criminal act the insurance would not cover it. However driving on a permit is not criminal but a mere permit violation so then I would think the insurance would cover it. I would say the insurance will deny the claim but if you get an attorney involved, I think they will then cover it. Just my 2 cents
